Every piece is printed to order, so production typically takes 2–7 business days. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within about 3–8 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order, and you'll see the total before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Available countries and rates are shown at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination, and any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery for new, unwashed, and unworn items. Store credit is free, refunds to your original payment method have a $5.95 fee, and same-item size exchanges have a $5 restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. My item arrived damaged or misprinted. What do I do?
Email us at awakenedapparelcompany@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
How do the sizes fit?
Our hoodies and crewnecks are unisex. Each product page includes a size chart with exact measurements. For a relaxed or oversized look, we recommend sizing up.
What do the verses on the sleeves mean?
Each design centers on one word from Scripture, with related verses printed along the sleeve, so you always carry God's Word with you, even when your Bible isn't nearby. Read more in Our Story.
How should I care for my Awakened piece?
Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry, and don't iron directly on the print. This keeps the design looking its best for years.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because each item goes into production quickly, please email us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has started printing, it can't be changed or cancelled.
